In addition to the Oregon Lavender Festival the second weekend in July every year, our members plan all sorts of lavender-filled events, big and small, festive and relaxed. Plan to join us at one or all of these events hosted by Oregon Lavender Association members. Expect to Relax!

13 April 2013: NORTH WILLAMETTE WINE TRAIL WEEKEND
Spend a weekend with the North Willamette Vintners exploring Oregon wine country. Their guests are treated to complimentary wine tastings, pairings, entertainment, and activities at each participating winery. This year the Oregon Lavender Association will be participating at several locations, serving Oregon lavender products and providing information about lavender. 27 April 2013: Internet and Marketing Are NOT Four-Letter Words, Presented by Labyrinth Hill Lavender & sponsored by the Oregon Lavender Association
A review of current best practices in using the Internet and traditional media to market horticultural products, especially lavender and products derived from lavender. Includes an overview of social media, whether or not it makes sense for most growers to invest effort, and a discussion of the latest Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques. Summertime. Plan to visit the Pacific Northwest's only Lavender Collection and Demonstration Garden, located in Central Point, near Medford. The garden has 80 varieties of lavender, and is open daily for self-guided tours.
July 13 & 14, 2013 - Oregon Lavender Festival. Experience Lavender in Oregon firsthand by touring one or all of nearly 2 dozen lavender destinations that open their doors for the festival. More information is available on the our festival webpage.
Oregon Lavender Photograpy Contest. Oregon Lavender Photo Contest Submission deadline: Aug 1, 2013. Capture the Magic of Lavender in Rural Oregon. Inviting photographers to capture the allure of lavender bursting into color in the many lavender fields throughout Oregon. See competition website for full details. Submissions can be viewed the following year at Helvetia Lavender Farm.
June - July, 2013 - Oregon Lavender Paint Out. Submission deadline: July 12th. Paint the Lavender Fields of Oregon. See our artists' page for more details and an application form. Paintings can be viewed in Yamhill during the Oregon Lavender Festival.
